Peggy Lorene Clark, 86, of Belton, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Belton Regional Medical Center.
At her request, there are no public services planned.
Peggy was born in Kingman, Ariz., to Seymour and Lorene Spencer on November 30, 1937. Peggy graduated from Picher High School and briefly continued her education. For many years she worked as an Executive Secretary for Tobin Construction Co. where after 15 years she retired.
Throughout her life, Peggy volunteered much of her time. She was trustee and church pianist at the Stone Tabernacle Church in Joplin, volunteered at Life Care Center in Osawatomie, Kan., was a member of the Cadmus Grange, and most recently attended services at the Gospel Tabernacle Church in Belton.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Seymour and Lorene Spencer; and loving husband, Earl Clark.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Oegerle, nieces Denice Carpenter and Barbaralorene Coleman, foster aunt Emma Jean Rains, Cousin Virgil Elliott and wife Melia, and numerous other beloved cousins and friends.
