Marion Anthony Biondo, Sr.

Marion Anthony Biondo, Sr., age 82, of Belton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 9, 2024.


A Rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Monday, June 17, followed by visitation until 8 p.m. at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18, at St. Sabina Catholic Parish followed by burial at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Raytown.

Marion Anthony Biondo, Sr.

Marion was born in Kansas City, Mo., on March 29, 1942, to Joseph and Delia (Gibarosa) Biondo. In the late winter of 1965, Marion was joined in marriage with his late wife, Mary Pat, on February 27 and their union was blessed with seven children. Marion was a successful business owner in the Belton area, starting Fourway Plumbing which he put his heart and soul in and was very dedicated to. Marion was also very passionate about building up his real estate. He was also a man of Catholic faith and has been a parishioner of St. Sabina Catholic Parish in Belton for the past 53 years.


Marion was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Delia Biondo; stepmother, Anna Marie Biondo; and loving wife of 57 years, Mary Pat Biondo.


He is survived by his seven children, Nick Biondo (Renee), Mike Biondo (Michelle), Stacy Gudenkauf (Larry), Joe Biondo, Katie Biondo, Marion Biondo, Jr. (Angie), and Allie Biondo; two brothers, Anthony Biondo (Rosie) and Joe Biondo (Darlene); twenty one grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
