Jason Christopher Mercier, 48, of Raymore, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Jason will then be laid to rest next to his father at Raymore Cemetery.
Jason was born in Kansas City, Mo., on October 14, 1974, to Vincent Sylvester Mercier and Margaret Peggy (Boylson) Mercier. Jason graduated high school and went into business with his two brothers as an owner and operator of A Perfect Lawn, lawn care company. Anyone blessed to know Jason knew he was full of life. He enjoyed parties, lake life, Kansas City Chiefs, and would often be found stopping for scratch offs.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Mercier and brother in law, Richard Westergaard.
Left to cherish Jason’s memory are his mother, Peggy Mercier; loving children, Annamarie Mercier and Sadie Mercier; girlfriend, Korina Gates and her children, Hyla Wichmann and Kayden Wichmann; two brothers, Shawn Mercier and wife Debbie, and Joey Mercier and wife Nikki; two nieces, Tessa Mercier and Brittney Parker; two nephews, Trevor Brown and Tyler Brown; many cousins; and as Jason would say, a shit ton of friends.
